Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Clean Can Co. No contracts, no surprises.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Clean Can Co LLC ("Clean Can Co," "we," "us") when you use our website or book our services. By scheduling service, you agree to them.

The short version: We clean your bins on a recurring schedule. You keep a card on file, and we charge it only after a cleaning is finished — never before. Cancel or pause any time with a day's notice. If you are not happy with a cleaning, we will re-clean it or refund it, your choice.

1. Who we are

Clean Can Co LLC is a Georgia limited liability company providing residential and commercial trash bin cleaning in Hall County and surrounding areas of Northeast Georgia.

2. Our service

We clean, sanitize, and deodorize curbside trash and recycling bins at your address on a recurring or one-time basis, depending on the plan you select. Cleanings are scheduled around your local trash and recycling collection days.

Your responsibilities

If we can't reach your bins

If we arrive and your bins are not accessible, are still full, or have already been taken back to the house, we cannot complete the cleaning. We will contact you and try to reschedule. Repeated missed visits may result in a trip charge or pausing your service, and we will always talk to you before doing either.

3. Scheduling

We schedule your cleanings around your waste collection calendar, which means service dates shift with holidays and with recycling weeks. Friday services may move to Saturday during holiday weeks. We will let you know your scheduled dates and notify you of significant changes.

Weather, equipment failure, illness, or road conditions can occasionally delay service. When that happens we will reschedule as soon as reasonably possible and you will not be charged for a cleaning that did not happen.

4. Pricing and payment

Card on file

Recurring and one-time services require a valid payment card on file. Your card details go directly to Intuit, our payment processor. Clean Can Co never sees or stores your full card number.

When you are charged

We charge your card only after a cleaning is completed — never in advance. When we finish your bins, the amount for that service is charged to your card on file and you receive a receipt by email. There is no invoice for you to remember, and no payment for you to schedule.

By adding a card, you authorize Clean Can Co to charge that card for services performed under your selected plan, at the price shown on your account, until you cancel. You may remove your card or cancel at any time under Section 5.

Prices

Your price is shown on your account and includes any referral credits you have earned. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments

If your card is declined, we will contact you to update it. Service may be paused until payment is resolved.

5. Cancellation, pausing, and changes

To cancel, pause, or change your plan, contact us at tyler@cleancanco.us or (706) 768-6603, or update your plan in your customer account.

6. Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, tell us within 7 days. We will come back and re-clean your bins at no charge, or refund that cleaning — whichever you prefer. Your call, not ours.

Some staining, odor, or damage is permanent and cannot be removed by cleaning, particularly on older bins. We will tell you honestly if that is the case rather than charging you for a result we cannot deliver.

7. Referral credits

If you refer a new customer who signs up, you receive an ongoing credit on your recurring price once we confirm the referral. Referral credits reduce your price but will not take it below our minimum service price. Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

8. Property and damage

We take care with your property. If we damage your bin or property through our negligence, tell us right away and we will make it right, up to the cost of repair or replacement.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, cracked or brittle bins that fail during ordinary handling, or damage caused by your waste hauler. Bins provided by your municipality or hauler remain their property and their rules apply.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Clean Can Co's total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Website use

The content on this website, including our name, logo, photographs, and text, belongs to Clean Can Co LLC. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission. Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

11. Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your service by email, phone, or text. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will notify active customers by email. Continuing to use our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hall County, Georgia.
